Ready to order more, like the wide pen.Buy these again dont buy the retractibles these are the good onesOffice Staff keeps asking for the pens Good buy!supposed to not be able to wash this inkI have been using these pens since 2003! The quality remains high, although the ink fill is half of what it was a decade ago. This model, the 207, is the only one I use, but I think they are no longer being made. They are no longer sold in stores. Lots of pretty replacements that look good in the package but underperform every time. Even Amazon is running low on the black. I will probably be able to buy one more round before they are gone. As it is, many of the pens in this pack I bought are already dried up."Why does any of this matter?", you ask. Well, maybe you have to be a writer or an artist to revel in the smoothness of a pen gliding across a sheet of paper when you write, but for some of us that are, the very act of moving a pen across the page becomes an integral part of the writing experience. Before I discovered these pens, Writing was all about fountain pens! I will be sad when the 207 becomes part of Uniball history past.Given the accelerating complexity of our lives today, spending decades with these pens remains one of life's simple pleasures while it lasts.I love these pens and was so looking forward to receiving them. When the package arrived, the main box containing 2 boxes of pens was completely wrecked and partially open. The pen boxes inside the box were also trashed and flattened and pens were spilled out everywhere. When counting up the spilled pens, I discovered I was 2 pens short which apparently fell out of the main package. So satisfied with the pens but very disappointed in delivery due to loss of some of the merchandise. No really, they're that nice. Only one person who I've shown these pens to has suggested that he had a better pen, only to bring it in and find out it's the regular Uniball Signo 207 click pen, just not the 1.0mm Impact variety....so basically the same pen. This pen was handed to me by a client when I handed him a traditional BIC pen to write something down with. His reaction was, "Oh no no no....try this....in fact keep it." And damn him because I've bought probably 40+ of these damn things since then. But you know what, I'd buy another 40 if it meant I never had to go back to the pedestrian lifestyle that I maintained before I began writing with these pens.Pros: Bold thick lines drawn with smooth black ink lend to smooth writing that shows up VERY well when copied/scanned. The pen's action is so smooth as the ball does a superb job laying down the jet black ink on the page. You should be so lucky to have these pens.Cons: What's that? You're left handed, well then I suggest a much less powerful pen. The gel ink can take a moment to dry and your hand, which I'm sure is already used to being dragged through the ink....well let's just say this pen might not be for you.Overall this would be the best pen I've ever written with, and I've tried a LOT of brands (Cross, Parker, Pilot, BIC, etc.) but this is the first pen I can honestly remember using up ALL the ink in.....multiple times.Do yourself a favor, don't buy this pen, you'll never stop. With the demise of the Marvy Uchida a number of years ago, I had to find a wide-body gel pen that delivered on a big, wide line. I finally found these Uni-ball pens, and I'm happy. The pen body is a good size, not too small, lightweight or thin. The clip is also very useful, and is sturdy as well. The rubberized grip is also a good feature of the pen.The best part of this pen is the thick, authoritative line it puts down. A good amount of ink that results in a line with depth and character, a wide line that looks great for both illustration and text. It's distinctive, and the ink dries quickly. This pen is not refillable, and doesn't need to be. Oh, yeah, they definitely are more expensive than a bucketful of Bic ballpoints, but if you care about your writing you won't mind paying the modestly more expensive price. I'm mighty happy with them. The only drawback is that the ink flows copiously, but that means they give out pretty quickly. Depending on your writing, you could be done with this pen in the space of a month. The ink that flows twice as fully flows half as long.I've ordered 2 of these exact item twice.. the first time I got 2 boxes, and the second time I got 2 individual pens.. depends on the seller's mood I guess (LOL)I loves these pens. took forever to order and when they came i only got 9 pens when the box indicates 12. got ripped offI thought I was buying 2 boxes of pens for $ 38. When I received my shipment it actually contained 2 pens. Yes that's right I paid $ 19 per pen LOLCrazy misleading sellerLiterally the best pens I have ever used.Okay.
